Appointment booking

We offer face to face, telephone and remote consultations.

Face to face appointments are available to all patients, however to minimise the potential exposure to COVID-19 some appointments will be offered by telephone instead. Your GP may wish to hold the consultation remotely if you have the required equipment, eg: phone or computer.

When you call the surgery for an appointment, our receptionists have been told to ask you for some information regarding the issue you are experiencing. This is so we can assess what appointment we feel would benefit you most and deal with your query quickly and efficiently. If you book an appointment with our receptionists, you will be given a telephone appointment initially. If the GP feels that you need a face to face appointment the GP will offer this and not the receptionist.

Please be aware that because of the potential threat of COVID-19, online booking of appointments has been suspended for the time being
